Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 400 gr sifted flour
- 300 gr sugar
- 190 gr shortening
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package none such mince meat
Recipe by: Tampa Bay Online Sift together flour, salt and soda. Cream shortening; add sugar gradually; cream together until fluffy. Add eggs; beat until smooth. Add mince meat broken into small pieces. Add flour and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 5 cm apart, on greased baking sheet. Bake in moderately hot oven (400 degrees) about dozen minutes. Makes about 48 cookies. ----
