Ingredients
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 45 gr hazelnuts (chopped)
- 45 ml water
- 30 ml salad oil
- 2 gr lemon peel (finely shredded)
- 2 gr sugar
In a 6-8 inch frying pan, stir hazelnuts in salad oil over low heat until nuts are golden, 5-8 minutes. Cool. Add shredded lemon peel, lemon juice, water, and sugar.
