Ingredients
- 300 gr rolled oats
- 250 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 160 ml corn oil
- 120 ml buttermilk
- 110 gr packed brown sugar (lightly)
- 3 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
In large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients, including the dried fruit. Add the oil and buttermilk; mix well. Roll out the mixture into 0 cm thickness. Use a cookie cutter to cut 9 cm circles. Arrange on oiled cookie sheets with a spatula. Bake in 180ÂșC oven for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool on wire rack.
