Ingredients
- 99 egg substitute
- 1 oatmeal quick cooking
- 1/2 lowfat buttermilk
- 130 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 120 gr egg beaters
- 16 ml molasses
- 16 ml canola oil
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Combine egg substitute, buttermilk, oatmeal, molasses & oil. Stir in combined dry ingredients.
Waffles: Bake according to waffle maker's directions.
Pancakes: Drop batter by quarter cups onto a hot, greased griddle. Turn when bubbles begin to form on top of pancake. Approx. 15 pancakes.
