Ingredients
- 1 recipe pizza dough
- 270 gr calamata olives (chopped)
- 45 ml olive oil
- 10 gr rosemary (chopped)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl mix together olives and rosemary. Combine with dough and knead together gently. Form dough into a circular ring shape. Transfer to lightly oiled baking sheet, brush the ring with olive oil. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
