Ingredients
- 600 gr vidalia onions
- 350 ml milk
- 130 gr mushrooms (fresh sliced)
- 55 gr butter melted
- 85 ml cream cheese
- 28 gr cheddar cheese (grated)
- 26 gr cracker crumbs
- 8 gr flour
- 1 gr salt
Combine onions with butter, mushrooms and salt; simmer for 5 minutes in a medium size sauce pan. Add cream cheese. When melted, add flour and milk. Reheat. Turn into a 2 litre greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with misture of grated cheese and crumbs. Bake in a hot 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
