Ingredients
- 3 endive
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 cracked black pepper (fresh)
- 1 tomato
- 80 gr romaine lettuce
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 60 ml low sodium soy sauce
- 5 gr parmesan cheese
