Ingredients
- 1 birds custard powder
- 1/2 orange
- 110 gr butter
- 50 gr caster sugar
- 45 gr flour (plain)
Cream together the butter, sugar and orange rind until light and fluffy. Gradually blend in the custard powder and flour. Form into 24 small balls and place, well apart, on greased baking sheets. Flatten with a fork and bake at 180ºC Leave to cool on a wire rack. ----
