Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 orange extract
- 450 gr sugar
- 375 gr flour
- 350 ml orange juice
- 240 ml sour cream
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 36 gr poppy seeds
- 7 gr baking powder
- 4 gr salt
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and poppyseeds and set aside. Whisk eggs, sour cream, oil, orange juice and extract and add dry ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter into 24 greased muffin cups. Bake at 180ÂșC or 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
