Ingredients
- 1 english cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 ml soy sauce
- 5 ml vegetaqble oil
- 5 ml rice vinegar
- 2 ml oriental sesame oil
- 2 gr sugar
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr chinese chili paste (hot)
Trim ends off cucumber and cut into 3 cm chunks. Combine rice vinegar with soya sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, salt, sugar, hot chili paste and garlic. Mix dressing with cucumbers and serve at room temperature.
