Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 120 ml milk
- 120 ml sour cream
- 28 gr butter
- 18 gr green pepper
- 16 gr onion
- 12 gr mushrooms
- 2 gr salt
Melt the butter in an 8x8 inch pan. Beat the eggs, add sour cream, milk, salt and pepper. Beat again and pour in pan. Sprinkle with onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Bake at 160ÂșC or 35 to 45 minutes. During the last minutes of baking, sprinkle with half cup of grated cheese and quarter of crushed fried bacon. Cut in squares and serve. Randy Rigg
