Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 900 ml cream cheese
- 200 gr sugar
- 60 gr almonds
- 20 gr butter
- 1 package chocolate macaroons
Combine cheese, eggs and sugar in food processor.
Shape crust mixture in a springform pan Then put in cheese mixture. Bake at 180ºC or 1 hr. till set. Make one day ahead. Can be topped with fresh fruit.
