Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 potato starch
- 1/2 matzoh cake meal
- 1/4 matzoh meal
- 325 gr brown sugar
- 325 gr chocolate chips
- 130 gr butter (unsalted)
- 100 gr sugar (white)
- 26 gr passover vanilla sugar
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
: Cream both sugars together with vanilla sugar or vanilla, butter. Blend in the eggs. Stir in the salt, matzoh meal, cake meal potato starch and chocolate chips. Chill the dough for over an houror over night. (It freezes well) : Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Line a couple of baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop teaspoons of dough onto the sheets, leaving room for them to spread. : Bake in the preheated oven about dozen minutes. Let the cookies sit on the parchment paper for 10-15 minutes, until just cool. Using a metal spatula transfer them to racks to finish cooling. The Washington Post 0.03125 Walt
