Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 30 ml olive oil
- 4 gr oregano
- 2 ml honey
- 1 package tomatoes (plum)
Saute garlic in a skillet with olive oil until they are brown at medium heat.
Reduce heat and add tomatoes, oregano and bay leaves. Let it simmer until sauc e is thick.
Serve on top of pasta. Add honey to reduce acidity.
