Ingredients
- 240 gr walnuts
- 230 gr butter softened
- 220 gr flour
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 22 gr cocoa powder
- 10 gr instant coffee
- 9 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr salt
Oven 160ºC .
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light. Add next four ingredients. Mix well. Add nuts. Shape in 3 cm balls on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 325=B0 for about 17-20 minutes. Roll in 4x sugar while warm.
