Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 180 ml orange juice
- 100 gr peach schnapps
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 1 package deluxe french vanilla cake
-----------------------------------GLAZE---------------------------------- half c Peach preserves 2 tb Peach schnapps ---------------------------OPTIONAL EXTRA TOPPING--------------------------1 c Cool Whip 2 ts Peach schnapps Preheat oven to 180ºC Grease and flour 25 cm bundt pan. CAKE: Combine cake mix, eggs, orange juice, peach schnapps and oil in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into pan. BAke at 180ºC for 45-50 minutes or until tested done. Cool 10 minutes. Invert on serving plate. GLAZE: Combine peach preserves and peach schnapps in small bowl. Brush glaze on warm cake. OPTIONAL: Combine 1 cup Cool Whip with 2 tsp peach schnapps. Spoon onto cake slices when served. -----
