- 21 1/2 pkg fudge brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 230 gr chunky peanut butter
- 170 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 130 gr peanuts (unsalted chopped)
- 120 ml water
- 30 ml vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350�. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, oil and eggs. Add brownie mix and water; stir until moistened. Stir in chips. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet. Place half teaspoon peanuts on each cookie. Bake dozen to 14 minutes or until fingertip leaves a slight indentation when center of cookie is touched. cookies.
