Ingredients
- 60 ml lime juice (fresh)
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 55 gr peanut butter
- 18 gr coriander
- 14 gr brown sugar
- 16 ml rice vinegar
- 2 ml chinese chili sauce
; quarter ts dried chili flakes You may use either chunky or smooth peanut butter. If you dont like peanut sauce, try the "Tart Sweet Sauce Midsummer Thai Dinner" recipe. Add peanut butter to a small bowl. Slowly whisk in remaining ingredients.
