Ingredients
- 1 pineapple in chunks
- 1 mini-marshmallows
- 250 gr cottage cheese
- 240 ml whipped cream
- 140 gr pecans
- 120 ml juice
- 120 ml sour cream
- 100 gr celery
- 60 ml water
- 60 ml mayonnaise
- 50 gr sugar
- 34 gr knox gelatin
Juice of 1 lemon Dissolve Knox gelatin in cold water. Add half cup pineapple juice which has been heated. Mix all remaining ingredients together. Add gelatin mixture. Mix well. Pour into container of choice. Chill until set. Mom Anderson.
