Ingredients
- 2 sweet peppers (red)
- 1 clove garlic
- 30 gr sweet onion (minced)
- 16 ml olive oil
- 16 ml cream cheese
- 6 gr sun tom (finely chopped dried)
- 6 gr cilantro (chopped)
Salt & pepper to taste *Note: Sun-dried tomatoes should be oil-packed type. Process all in food processor until well blended. Serve chilled with crackers.
