Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 persimmon pulp mixed with
- 1 cream shortening
- 250 gr flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 170 gr dates (chopped)
- 120 gr nuts (chopped)
- 110 gr shortening
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
Bake at 180ºC for about 10 to dozen minutes--until they are as you like them.
