Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 325 gr flour (white)
- 120 gr unsweetened pineapple (frozen)
- 120 ml water
- 110 gr butter
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 gr baking powder
In a large mixing bowl beat together butter (or shortening), eggs, pineapple juice concentrate, and water until thoroughly blended. Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder; beat just until blended.
Spoon mixture evening into a 23 cm x 13 cm oiled and floured loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC or 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
