- 280 gr dates
- 240 gr flour
- 120 gr almonds
- 95 gr citron peel
- 95 gr lemon peel
- 60 gr strawberry jam
- 14 gr baking powder
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr allspice
- 1 gr mace
