Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr pumpkin
- 160 gr powdered milk
- 65 gr carrots (grated)
- 45 gr flour
- 40 gr raisins
- 10 gr pumpkin pie spice
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 10 packages sweet
Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin tin with Pam. Divide equally. Bake at 180ºC . for 25 minutes. Makes dozen muffins. Each serving of six (6) muffins, YES 6 MUFFINS, equals the following Weight Watchers Exchanges: 1 Bread, -20ºC ruit, 1 Milk, 1 Protein and 1.5 Vegetables. This is a no fat recipe!
