- 4 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 1 onion soup mix (envelope)
- 600 gr up beef carrots to be (cut cooked into)
- 525 ml water
- 450 gr beef (cooked)
- 100 gr celery (sliced)
- 24 gr unbleached flour
- 2 1/2 slices potatoes to be pared

Cover and let stand 5 minutes and microwave until vegtables are tender,10 to dozen minutes more, stirring every 5 minutes. ----
