Ingredients
- 2 chicken
- 475 ml water
- 120 gr rice
- 65 gr green pepper
- 60 gr onion
- 7 gr garlic powder
- 3 gr pepper
Mix rice, onion, green pepper and water and put in non-stick, 1 litre casserole (or line casserole dish with aluminum foil). Placed halved chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder. Bake covered at 180ÂșC or 45 minutes to 1 hour until rice absorbs all water.
