Ingredients
- 270 gr cabbage (chopped)
- 100 gr celery (chopped)
- 80 ml cider vinegar
- 65 gr green bell pepper (chopped)
- 40 gr brown sugar
- 2 ml dry mustard
- 1 gr salt
IN BOWL, COMBINE SALT, brown sugar, dry mustard and cider vinegar, stirring until blended. Add cabbage, bell pepper and celery and toss until well coated with dressing. Serve chilled. Makes 3.5 Cups
