Ingredients
- 4 rhubarb
- 3/4 oatmeal
- 240 ml water
- 150 gr sugar
- 130 gr flour
- 110 gr melted butter
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 16 gr cornstarch
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr cinnamon
Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Press half of mixture into 8 X 8 pan. Into shell place rhubarb. Cook sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla until clear. Pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining crust. Bake at 180ÂșC or about 1 hour.
