Ingredients
- 2 mini-marshmallows
- 1 env
- 260 gr chocolate wafer crumbs
- 240 ml whipping cream
- 450 ml soft cream cheese
- 150 gr sugar
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 60 ml water (cold)
- 28 gr cocoa
- 14 gr margarine
- 2 gr vanilla
Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 23 cm springform pan. Bake at 180ºC ., 10 minutes Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat untl dissolved. Combine cream cheese, sugar, cocoa and vinilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin, mixing until blended. Fold in reamining ingredients; pour over crust. Chill until firm.
