Ingredients
- 2 prepared mustarrd
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 120 ml tomato juice
- 110 gr bread crumbs
- 110 gr crabmeat
- 3 gr chili powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr parsley (chopped)
Flake crab meat and remove any bones. Add egg, tomato juice, bread crumbs, and seasonings; chill in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours. Form mixture into finger-sized pieces. Arrange on broiler rack over pan and broil 15 cm from source of heat, 5 minutes to each side. Serve with toothpicks. Makes about 2 dozen.
