Ingredients
- 6 dill pickle spears
- 4 from heat (inches)
- 2 tbl dijon mustard
- 1 tbs of mustard
- 1 pickle spear
- 1 water to skille cover
- 1/8 salt and pepper
- 400 gr round steak in
- 130 gr carrots (chopped)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 6 slices bacon (sliced cooked)
beef is tender. Remove to a warm serving dish. Pour the pan juices into a sauce bowl. Remove toothpicks before serving. Pass the sauce separately. Makes six servings.
