Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 mayoniase
- 80 ml sour cream
- 18 gr scallion tops (finely chopped)
- 8 gr pimiento as (chopped garnish)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 ml mustard (hot)
Mix the sour cream/yogurt, mayonaise, salt, & garlic together. Add the egg then the other ingredients and mix well. Garnish with the pimiento.
