Ingredients
- 6 potato
- 350 ml milk
- 230 gr cheddar cheese
- 220 gr ham
- 55 gr margarine
- 32 gr flour
- 16 gr onion
- 3 gr salt
- 2 ml dry mustard
Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk; cool, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1- half cups cheese; stir until melted. Toss potatoes in cheese sauce. Pour into 2 litre casserole, reserving 1 cup potato slices. Arrange ham and remaining potato slices on top of casserole. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.
