Ingredients
- 600 ml boiling water
- 475 ml milk
- 300 gr potatoes (raw diced)
- 160 gr tomatoes (canned)
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (grated)
- 75 gr onion (minced)
- 60 ml corn oil
- 50 gr deiced celery
- 32 gr flour
- 7 gr salt
- 7 ml bottled meat sauce
- 2 ml dry mustard
- 2 gr parsley (minced)
- 1 gr pepper
Combine potatoes, onion, celery, salt and boiling water in a deep kettle. Simmer until tender, about 15 minutes. Heat oil and stir in flour until smooth. Add the next four ingredients while stirring. Cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir all into the potato mixture. Add parsley and tomatoes. Heat through but not boil.
