Ingredients
- 500 gr kidney beans (rinsed)
- 425 gr stewed tomatoes undrained
- 260 gr bulk pork sausage
- 240 ml water
- 160 ml picante sauce
- 120 gr long rice (uncooked grain)
In a medium skillet, cook and crumble sausage; drain. add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender.
