Ingredients
- 10 bacon
- 4 eggs
- 350 ml cream (light)
- 120 gr swiss cheese (grated)
- 40 gr mushrooms (fresh)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (white)
- 2 slices green onions
IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CHEESE, EGGS, BACON (CUT IN 3 cm PIECES), ONIONS, CREAM, SALT AND PEPPER. ADD MUSHROOMS IF DESIRED. POUR INTO LIGHTLY BUTTERED 20 cm SQUARE DISH. BAKE. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET STAND FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
