Ingredients
- 1 galic clove
- 250 gr shrimp (jumbo)
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 30 ml honey
- 45 ml chinese rice wine
- 10 ml seasame oil
- 5 gr ginger
Shell & devein the shrimp, but leave the tails on. Combine the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the shrimp. Toss shrimp to coat all surfaces. Let marinate for 1 hour. Grill shrimps about 4 to 15 cm from the coals for about 2 minutes per side, or until the flesh is opaque.
