Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 700 gr beef (ground)
- 240 ml spaghetti sauce
- 120 ml milk
- 80 gr quick-cooking oats
- 24 gr onion (minced)
- 6 gr salt
- 1 gr coarsely pepper (ground)
- 1 package kidney beans
In a large bowl, completely mix together ground beef, onion, milk, egg, oats, salt and pepper. Mound mixture into a 25 cm skillet, and shape into a loaf. Brush top lightly with Kitchen Boquet. In a small bowl, combine spaghetti sauce and kidney beans with liquid. Pour sauce over meat loaf, and simmer uncovered on top of stove 20-25 minutes for until done. Makes 6 servings.
