Ingredients
- 3 lamb shanks
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery
- 1 onion
- 1 salt and pepper
- 600 ml beef broth
- 200 gr split green peas
Completely soften peas. Brown lamb shanks under broiler to remove fat; drain well. Mix all ingredients except shanks in crockpot; stir well. Add shanks, pushing down into liquid. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to dozen hours.
