Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 miniature marshmallows
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 ml buttermilk
- 120 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 110 gr butter
- 60 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 55 gr packed brown sugar
- 28 gr butter
- 9 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr salt
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; beat in egg until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, combine buttermilk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk mixture; mix well. Fold in marshmallows and chips. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350� for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
