Ingredients
- 2 fillets fish (white)
- 28 gr bread crumbs (fresh)
- 2 ml oil
- 2 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr lemon pepper
Preheat oven to 220ºC . Rinse fish and pat dry. Lightly grease a small shallow baking pan with some of oil. Rub remaining oil over top of fish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish. Bake, uncovered, about 20 min. or until fish flakes easily. Cal: 169; Fat 3 g.
