Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 450 gr all purpose flour
- 240 ml honey
- 230 ml sour cream
- 220 gr packed brown sugar
- 190 gr shortening
- 9 gr baking soda
- 2 gr aniseed
- 1 gr salt
In a mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Add the honey, sour cream and eggs; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, aniseed and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix tell. Drop by teaspoon 5 cm apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 180ÂșC or 12-15 minutes or until
