- 5 gr cornstarch in
- 5 ml extra olive oil (light)
- 2 gr parsley (chopped)
- 2 gr dill (chopped)
- 2 gr dill (chopped)
- 1 gr black pepper (ground)
- 2 slices onions
- 1 slice bell pepper (red)
