Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 sesame (toasted)
- 260 gr soybeans (cooked)
- 120 gr brown rice (cooked)
- 40 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 16 gr green onion choppd
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr basil
SOAK soybeans overnight. Drain and Dry. COARSELY CHOP soybeans SAUTE onions and mix with remaining ingredients SHAPE into patties and cook on a griddle or in a skillet. OR BAKE patties at 180ÂșC or 20 minutes TO KEEP PATTIES FROM STICKING, sprinkle griddle or baking dish with sesame seeds. OR FREEZE on a cookie sheet and then store in freezer. Take from freezer when ready to
