Ingredients
- 1 meat from bones
- 900 gr chuck roast
- 160 gr ortega peppers
- 120 gr onion
- 110 ml tomato sauce
Night before begin cooking 2 lbs. chuck roast in crock pot (cook all night). In morning, remove the bones. Add to crockpot the above ingredients. Cook on low heat the rest of day. Add mixture to flour tortillas. Also add refried beans, sour cream, grated cheese with meat. Wrap in foil and bake 180ÂșC or 10 minutes.
