Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 120 gr eggs
- 65 gr flour
- 55 gr brown sugar (light)
- 55 gr dark brown sugar
- 28 gr butter
- 1 ml soda
- 1 gr baking powder
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr ginger
sliced Cream butter, sugars and eggs. Mix in rest of ingredients and mix well. Spoon into greased pie tin. Bake at 180ÂșC for 30-35 minutes or until cake starts to shrink from the side of pan. Per serving. 104 calories. ----
