Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 granny smith apples
- 250 gr wheat pastry flour (whole)
- 160 ml honey
- 160 ml oil
- 90 gr walnuts
- 8 gr cinnamon
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 2 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 gr allspice
- 1 gr nutmeg
Stir flour, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and walnuts together. In a separate bowl, blend oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix only until moistened. Gently fold in grated apple. Pour batter into an oiled 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 160ÂșC or 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
