- 4 pita bread rounds
- 1 snipped cilantro (fresh)
- 425 gr thinly (sliced cooked)
- 120 ml picante sauce
- 80 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 60 ml olive oil
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr cracked black pepper
Chopped tomato Chopped avocado Chopped green pepper Feta cheese Place sliced beef in a plastic bag set inside a bowl. For marinade: In a medium bowl, combine picante vinegar, oil, cilantro, garlic, pepper. Pour marinade over beef. Seal bag; marinate inthe refrigerator for 4-24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
