Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick of margarine
- 1 bacon
- 270 gr pepperidge farm herb
- 130 gr mild sausage
- 80 gr parmesan cheese
- 80 ml water
- 2 packages spinach (frozen chopped)
Melt butter in the water; stir in stuffing, add the rest of the ingredients. Chill for 1 hour. Shape into walnut size balls. Cut bacon into 4 pieces and wrap balls, securing with toothpicks. Bake at 190ÂșC or 30 to 35 minutes.
