Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 mussels
- 240 ml water
- 180 gr crumbled feta cheese
- 180 ml dry wine (white)
- 120 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 16 ml olive oil
- 14 gr parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 gr oregano (dried)
- 1 gr pepper flakes (crushed red)
- 1 gr salt
package directions; drain. Remove the mussels from the steamer. Put the pasta into the sauce with the parsley, adding pepper to taste. Transfer to plates or large shallow bowls and sprinkle with feta cheese. Put mussels on top and serve.
